Thank you for choosing BeneSupport. The BeneSupport Extended Warranty is designed to give you added peace of mind. It covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal, responsible use. We encourage confident, active living — and our products are built to support your daily movement.

Warranty extension must be registered within 60 days of your original purchase date.

Warranty Coverage

The extended warranty covers the following defects under normal use:

Functional issues with seams, stitching, or fasteners (e.g., thread breakage).
Material failure unrelated to misuse (e.g., fabric tearing).
Structural defects affecting joint support functionality.

Eligibility Conditions

Coverage applies only when the product is used in:

Daily life activities (e.g., walking, housework, commuting).
Non-professional sports and exercise (e.g., footbal, jogging, yoga, cycling, fitness training).

Use in professional athletic competitions, extreme sports, or abusive scenarios is excluded.

Exclusions

The warranty does NOT cover:

Damage from high-heat exposure (tumble dryers, radiators, prolonged sun exposure).
Misuse-related issues (cutting, tearing, intentional overstretching).
Products purchased from unauthorized channels.
Loss or theft.

BeneSupport may decline late or unverifiable registrations to ensure fair use of this benefit.
