Thank you for choosing BeneSupport. The BeneSupport Extended Warranty is designed to give you added peace of mind. It covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal, responsible use.

Warranty extension must be registered within 60 days of your original purchase date.

Warranty Coverage

The extended warranty covers the following defects under normal use:

• Functional issues with seams, stitching, or fasteners (e.g., thread breakage).
• Material failure unrelated to misuse (e.g., fabric tearing).
• Structural defects affecting joint support functionality.

Eligibility Conditions

Coverage applies only when the product is used in:

• Daily life activities (e.g., walking, housework, commuting).
• Non-professional sports and exercise (e.g. light jogging, yoga, cycling, basic fitness training).

Use in professional athletic competitions, contact sports, extreme sports, or abusive scenarios is excluded.

Exclusions

The warranty does NOT cover:

• Normal wear and tear (elasticity loss, Velcro wear, silicone band aging).
• Damage from high-heat exposure (tumble dryers, radiators, prolonged sun exposure).
• Misuse-related issues (cutting, tearing, intentional overstretching).
• Products purchased from unauthorized channels.
• Loss or theft.

Claims require valid proof of purchase and photos of the defect. Shipping costs for returns are not covered under this warranty.
